How long can I keep the bouncer?

Our prices are "ALL DAY" prices. We don't have hourly prices.

How long is all day?

We will deliver your unit before the start of your party and pick it up the next day. All day does not mean 24 hour. All day is from delivery time until the next morning at pickup.  Pickup can be as early as 7am.

How soon should I reserve my bouncer?
You want to reserve as soon as possible to ensure you receive the bouncer of your choice. Only $35 deposit is required to reserve your bouncer and can be made with a credit card by phone.

How do I reserve a bouncer?
Reservations are accepted at 815-566-3444. A credit card is required to reserve bouncers over the phone. The deposit required to reserve bouncers is $35. This will serve as your security deposit once full rental payment is received and will be returned to you upon successful pickup and inspection of the bouncer.

What type of payments are accepted?
Credit card payments are preferred however payment can be made in cash upon delivery. The $35 deposit is still necessary to reserve.

What if it rains?
If the weather is uncertain, the decision to cancel is yours. If you cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery, you will not be charged; however, your deposit will be retained, and you will have a full year to use your credit. If you decide to go ahead with your reservation, payment is due on delivery and is non-refundable.

*The Bouncy Store reserves the right to cancel due to poor weather conditions such as high winds, heavy rains or thunderstorms.

Can we use the inflatable in bad weather?
Everybody's safety is our number one concern. Wind over 25mph or rain will compromise safety. If the wind is expected to be over 25mph or rain is in the forecast, we will call prior to the installation. If we jointly decide to cancel the installation, we will refund your entire deposit. If we complete the installation, you will be charged the full rental fee.

How many children can jump at once?
Each inflatable bouncer has different limitations. We will provide the renter with an information sheet regarding each individual bouncer at the time of installation. There must be an adult present to supervise children jumping on the bouncer at all times, all limitations on the information sheet provided must be strictly adhered to. A Party Perfect will not be held responsible for any damages while the bouncer is in renter's possession.

Do you inspect, clean and sanitize your bouncers?
We inspect, clean and sanitize our jumpers after each rental.

How big are the bouncers?
The bouncers vary in size, but our average jumper is 15'x 15'.

Do you offer Free Delivery & Setup?
Yes, we offer free delivery and setup in some areas. Some areas with excessive traveling may be subject to delivery charge. (See
Delivery Area)

Who will install and secure the inflatable?
We will deliver and install all the equipment. All bouncers need to be secured to the ground for safety. On soft surfaces such as grass we will drive stakes into the ground. The renter must be sure that there are no underground cables or pipes that will be compromised. If you are unsure about the location of underground utilities, please contact the local authorities, have them verify the location. We have each renter sign a disclaimer separating us from any responsibility regarding damaged utilities.

Weather and Cancellation Policy

We understand that the weather does not always agree with your plans. Should your event need to be cancelled due to the weather, you can use your deposit, and any other money paid toward your rental, at a later date. If you need to cancel your event for any reason please cancel 48hours in advance of the scheduled time and date. No refunds of deposits will be given once the date is booked however you can use your deposit at a later date toward a rental. You will have 1 full year from the date of the party to use your deposit credit. If you do not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery time, your card will be charged the full amount of the rental. You are responsible for canceling even if the reason is weather related. Once the inflatable unit is loaded on the truck for delivery, you are responsible for the rental charge in its entirety.

Yes, we carry 1,000,000 insurance liablility coverage.
